Lets get you set up for success in 5 easy steps! 🙌
#1 You should have an email in your inbox titled "Welcome to Create A New Normal With Isagenix" that has lots of great info, including your account login info. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions 😊 Don’t forget to download the IsaLife app and the Marco Polo app (free version). There's info about these apps in the email. They will be great tools for you to use!
#2 Visit out website as you wait for your big brown box to arrive. You'll find great information about the products you'll be receiving, our community, and other opportunities with Isagenix!
#3 Keep this “go-to-guide” handy to reference as often as needed. It will provide you with lots of support including ideas on snacks and meals!
#4 I’ve invited you to our team page called weCANN. Below is a link for quick access. Lot's of great info is posted there: product updates, things going on in Isagenix, inspiratoin, and continued support.

#5 Here are some of the graphics I talked with you about. One is for your shake days, one is to help with taking measurements, and the last one is some of my favorite snacks, just to give you some additional snacking ideas 😊

2. Two Days After They've Enrolled - Send Welcome Text #2
Hey Suzy! 😃 Any news on that big brown box yet? I can't wait for your to get it!
Just a tip: when it arrives, would you please take the shrink wrap off everything and then message me right away? We'll jump on a video chat to go through everything because there’s A LOT in that box! Have a Sharpie in hand plus a pen and paper.
And, I wouldn't be a good friend if I didn't share that when 2 of your friends or family members start with their own system, you'll get referral cash to offset the cost of your pack. Accountability buddies are fun! I'm here to support you and anyone you know who wants to use Isagenix.

3. When They Receive Their Box - Do "Open The Box" Call
People have just spent hundreds of dollars and they deserve to know how to use everything. Do an "open the box" call as soon as their box arrives.
Plan on this taking 20-30 minutes.
4. Send Support Messages After They Start Using Their Products
Record your new customer's key dates in your calendar so you know when to check in with them. You can never support your customers too much, so feel free to check-in on them more than on the dates listed.

Day 17: Check-in (IsaBody reminder)
Day 20 & 21: Cleanse days

Day 26: Check-in
Day 30: Celebrate 1 month
Day 45: Other Isagenix products
Day 60: Motivation & coaching
Day 80: Change to Associate
