Goal of cleansing is to let your digestion rest (targeting visceral fat)
There are several different ways to cleanse depending on your health. I'm going to recommend the 2-day deep cleanse for you. The first day, your body is at a 20% fat burn, and on the second day, it's at an 80% fat burn! I don't know about you, but I'm ALL about the 80% fat burn! And I know it sounds crazy, but the second day is typically easier than the first day.
The cleanse schedule that I sent to you has a time to start on it, however you can change that to fit whatever your day looks like. The time is just to show you how your day will break down. Every 1 1/2 to 2 hours you will be giving your body something.
PRO TIP: if there is a reason that your customer cannot do a deep cleanse, reach out to your mentor for assistance with another method.
